First off I would just like to say wow and thank you to Denis and Graham for building 119 Morris Court. My Wife and I were looking at properties for almost a year when we stumbled on this gem while looking at other homes in Blackfalds. The minute I stepped through the front door my eyes instantly gazed upon a stunning living, kitchen, and dining area I instantly fell in love with this house. I knew that some way this would be our future home! Denis was so easy going and a breeze to deal with. He was so kind to entertain our offer even knowing we still needed to sell our current property. I just had to have this house! From the moment I stepped in, this house represented craftsmanship. We had looked at dozens of other homes and nothing could even dare hold a candle to Buylo Homes. We were hard pressed to find anything wrong or even something we disliked with 119 Morris Court. We found with other homes we looked at for only 20 minutes we had long list of defects and touch-ups that would need to be done. The paneled ceilings and walls were gorgeous and custom fireplace is such an elegant touch which you don’t seem to find in home builders anymore. It seems as though most home builders now a days just want to charge you out the nose and hope you settle for mediocre work. Denis and Graham truly show respect and passion not only for the trade, but their customers as well and do not lack one hair of pride in their work. I also respect that Denis and Graham get their hands dirty while working hard to make you 110% happy. I was very excited to start the basement development with Denis. They went over and above our expectations and stretched our budget to the max to build our basement to the same quality as upstairs. May I also note Denis was open and honest about every cost and detail so there were no surprise bills! It was an extremely simple process as we trusted Denis with the reins in every way. He respected our ideas and implemented them only to make them better! We only had to pick a couple things and that was all. My 2 ½ year old adored Denis and every morning wanted to go downstairs to see him while Denis always made time to say hello in such a kind and genuine way. I would highly recommend Buylo Homes in every step of a new home purchase! The 1500 sq st modified bi level was just what we were looking for…Dennis showed us a house a few doors down that had just been completed with the same floor plan…… My jaw dropped as we walked up the stairs and into the very stunning kitchen…. I instantly knew this was the house for us. The maple cupboards were the most beautiful cupboards I had ever seen…The backsplash tile work was very impressive, the island very spacious and rich looking, and the maple charcoal hardwood was very high quality… Attention to detail was everywhere in this house, the baseboards, window and door casings are all done with expert craftsmanship. This house really stood out from all of the houses we had seen, some of which were at a much higher cost. Buylo Homes built our 1500 sq ft modified bi level and they exceeded all of our expectations. Dennis was so easy to deal with, always available to answer our questions and explaining everything in detail all the way through the process...We’ve been living in the house for about a year now and also had Dennis complete the basement for us recently… Wow, the basement looks amazing.
